1. Right of Withdrawal
As established by the Consumer Defense Code, you have the right to regret your purchase within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of use or damage, and in the original packaging.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us using the same link above. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. After your exchange request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided. This return process will be free of charge. After checking the merchandise, a new order will be generated with all the information about the new shipment.
3. Factory Warranty
We offer a 90-day manufacturer's warranty on all of our products. If the product develops a manufacturing defect within this period, you may request a refund, exchange, or return. Please contact us to begin the warranty process.
4. Refund Process
- Credit card: The refund will be initiated within 30 business days after the request, and credited to the card used for the purchase.
- PIX, Bank Slip or Deposit into Account: If the purchase was made through these means, the refund will be made directly to the customer's bank account, initiated within 10 business days after the refund request.
